HealUA enables medical professionals to quickly and reliably receive advice from colleagues across various specialties, free of charge. Its goal is to improve patient outcomes and broaden access to evidence-based medicine.
Physicians from various specialties who are committed to advancing their skills and providing the highest level of patient care can join HealUA. The platform is especially beneficial for internists, general practitioners, pediatricians, dermatologists, surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists. It is particularly valuable for healthcare professionals working in the field, where access to consultations with colleagues from different specialties may be limited

No, the HealUA platform is completely free to use. You can download the HealUA application at no cost from the App Store or Play Market using the following link: http://onelink.to/healua
The HealUA interface is available in both Ukrainian and English. Ukrainian requests are translated into English by our medical translators to ensure international experts can participate in the discussions.
No, the HealUA platform is designed exclusively for physician collaboration and is not intended for direct patient consultations.
Ensuring an independent and professional environment is a top priority for the GMKA team, which is why we limit the participation of non-medical professionals.
During registration, all new users are verified through their cell phone numbers, email addresses, and the “Diya” app. For users without a “Diya” profile, limited access to the HealUA app is available.
U.S. physicians are verified using their NPI (National Provider Identifier) numbers, while physicians from other countries are manually verified through a photo of their medical certificate, diploma, and hospital ID.

To ensure a positive experience for all users, we follow these community rules:
- Mutual Respect: We foster a supportive environment for sharing clinical knowledge and experience. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or any other factor is not tolerated.
- Evidence-Based Recommendations: All recommendations should be grounded in evidence and verified scientific facts.
- Good Manners: Always remain polite and respectful in your interactions with fellow physicians.
- Patient Confidentiality: Protect patient privacy at all times. Sharing personal patient information or any other confidential details is strictly prohibited.
- Active Participation: We encourage active communication and involvement in clinical discussions to promote advancements in medicine and healthcare in Ukraine.

Consultations can be conducted through chat messages or video calls using Google Meet, making it easy to connect with other physicians.
